Doha Airport – Electrical & Special Systems

Scope of work

NEW DOHA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (QATAR) – ELECTRICAL & SPECIAL SYSTEMS

Design and construction engineering for the electrical systems (lighting and power), special systems (PAGA, CCTV, etc.), data transmission and related services for the passenger reception, waiting and transit areas (Lounges). The project was developed in compliance with international IEC standards.

Activities
Construction engineering of electrical, special and mechanical systems for lounge and passenger transit areas.

Object
New Doha International Airport. Main systems included:
  • Power distribution;
  • Lighting distribution & control (Lutron);
  • Data transmission networks;
  • Access control;
  • CCTV and wireless networks;
  • Plumbing (drainage, domestic water, chilled water);
  • HVAC (air ducting);
  • Firefighting water network.

Total engineering hours: 9,000
